Ashton Martini is Co Founder and Chairman of The Martini Foundation. Jonas Martini, Ph.D.
Jonas Martini, Ph.D. is Co Founder and Co-Chairman of The Martini Foundation. A research scientist, Jonas has dedicated his career to advancing scientific knowledge and improving lives through innovation and discovery. His passion for education, research, and expanding opportunity guides his work with the Foundation, where he champions initiatives that strengthen communities and invest in future generations. Andres Montalvo
Andres Montalvo serves as Director of The Martini Foundation, where he guides the Foundation's strategic initiatives, organizational leadership, and day-to-day operations. With a background in organizational management and community engagement, Andres brings both operational excellence and a genuine passion for the Foundation's mission to his role. He works closely with the Board and Foundation leadership to ensure that every program and partnership reflects the Foundation's values and advances its long-term goals.

Meghan Holiday serves on the Board of Directors of The Martini Foundation, where she provides governance, strategic guidance, and steadfast support for the Foundation's mission. Tim Grimes believes that the strongest communities are built through meaningful relationships, generosity, and a willingness to serve others. As a Houston-based real estate advisor with Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors, he has built his career on integrity, trust, and helping people navigate some of life's most important decisions. Beyond his profession, Tim has a passion for architecture, design, entrepreneurship, and investing in projects that create lasting value for individuals and communities alike. He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of The Martini Foundation and is committed to supporting its mission of creating opportunities through education, community development, health and wellness, the arts, and charitable initiatives. Tim believes that giving back is one of the most meaningful ways to strengthen communities and leave a lasting impact for future generations.

Sandy Wood brings a distinguished record of operational leadership, community advocacy, and clinical expertise to the Board of Directors of The Martini Foundation. She has spent her career building high-performing organizations across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and retail, driving measurable results while advancing organ donation initiatives across major Dallas hospitals, championing survivors of human trafficking, raising funds for cancer research, and leading disaster relief efforts internationally. Grounded in a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver, with a specialization in International Disaster Psychology, Sandy offers a rare and powerful combination of strategic business acumen and deep human insight. Her thoughtful approach to leadership and unwavering dedication to strengthening communities make her an invaluable voice as the Foundation develops its philanthropic strategy and long-term vision.
